When you wish to be great at something, you seek ways to quantify your performance.

This week, I discussed our Top 7 Investor Relations KPIs and our Top 8 Sell-Side Research KPIs.

Here are my favorite stats for Investor Relations:

1.) Investor Interactions: 20x per week at CZR and 4x per week at TLMD

2.) Proxy Voting: 75%+ approval across three M&A transactions

3.) Research Coverage: Added 6 analysts across three companies (nearly 9 total)

4.) Fired 1 analyst

5.) Shareholder Value Unlocked: $20B+ via M&A transactions across four companies

Here are my favorite stats for Sell-Side Equity Research:

1.) Achieved votes from 20% of Top 50 accounts in one year

2.) Starmine excess return of 3.86% vs. department average of 0.18%
